Apple MacBook Air M3, Next-Gen iPad Pro May Launch In March: Report
Apple is reportedly gearing up to introduce the revamped MacBook Airs featuring the M3 chipset, expected around the end of March.

It’s been over three months since Apple launched its M3-powered MacBook Pro models. Notably absent were MacBook Air models equipped with the same chipsets. However, this might soon change as Apple is reportedly gearing up to introduce the revamped MacBook Airs featuring the M3 chipset, expected around the end of March, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.

These models are anticipated to replace the current M2-powered MacBook Air 13-inch and 15-inch models. Additionally, it has been reported that they are already in mass production overseas.

With respect to the design, specific details remain uncertain at this time. However, it is noteworthy that Apple introduced a new design with the M2-powered models, suggesting that the likelihood of a redesign for the upcoming models is relatively low, if any. Nevertheless, with Apple, one can never rule out the possibility.

In addition, similar to the current MacBook Air lineup, the new M3 MacBook Air could also be available in two sizes: a 13-inch variant and another 15-inch model, catering to multiple use cases.

New iPad Pro Models Are Also Expected

In his PowerOn newsletter, Gurman notes that Apple’s next-generation iPad Pro will also launch in March and is said to be the “biggest revamp ever” for the iPad Pro.

These new iPad Pro models are expected to feature OLED panels, making a switch from the LCD and Mini-LED outgoing models with the M2 chip. Also, in line with the current MacBook Pro lineup, they will feature the M3 chip.
